Each order is individually processed upon receiving the order, we "Print on Demand."

The only payment method is through PayPal.  We understand this may be  inconvenient for some customers.  PayPal will permit you to use a  credit card or your PayPal account.  We invite you to create an account  with if you do not have one already, an opportunity to create a PayPal  account is provided in the checkout process.

The flat rate shipping is through the USPS and is $11.55.  The  software may not reflect this amount on the initial invoice.  The  shopping cart system is designed to include this amount once the  shipping address is provided.  Once the shipping information is present,  the system will show this amount on the invoice. 

This website is designed to facilitate your access to the  manuscripts.  Because we print on demand, we cannot take advantage of  large press runs.  Our costs cover the actual cost of printing and  shipping, plus a small amount for the people who have to do the work.

We want you to be completely satisfied with the order process and  shipping.  If you have any issues, please e-mail us at  fairchildbarresyndrome.com.   We check the e-mail every few days and  will deal with the issue as promptly as possible.  Including a phone  number will make the response even faster.  If it is not right, we will  make it right.
